Greetings   Please join us to discuss the future of Andover this Monday at 7pm at Memorial Hall Library.  At that time The Board of Selectman, The Planning Board, The Finance Committee and the community will be reviewing two important projects now underway: 1. The ICMA’s ongoing study Imagine Andover, Creating a Sense of Place and Destination. 2. The Plan to relocate the Municipal Services Facility that has been prepared by the Board of Selectman and the Town Manager.   The attached flyer from Memorial Hall Library provides background on both projects.   Attending this meeting will give you a chance to:

  • Meet our new Town Manager Andrew Flanagan and hear him make the case for these projects
  • Participate in the discussion with the community, these Town Boards and the ICMA Imagine Andover Team
  • Help guide the future path for our community.

Many of you participated last year the series of community workshops, which were core to developing the plan for the Andover Historic Mill District passed at last year’s Town Meeting.  Once again we need your able participation.   I look forward to seeing you Monday evening!
